Thats cool. Fire up another batch and we'll trade beers. I'm by no means an expert (yet), but it seems like as long as you're super clean and use good ingredients it comes out pretty tasty. I guess being clean can be tough, though. But I imagine after spending all that time waiting for beer to have it be skunked would be pretty disappointing...

Also, facebook connect should be back... had conflicting plugins installed... testing it with this comment to be sure...

I made one batch which came out pretty poor, so between being discouraged and lazy I haven't done another, but have been getting the itch lately and these posts helped. Actually have the same kit that you do as well. My boss is a big homebrewer as well as a few people here at the office so it's discussed a bit.

Thanks for the heads up on the facebook connect junk... I signed up for this Disqus thing so I wouldn't have to deal with it, but I'll see if I can't get to the bottom of it.
